What do I need to get started with Get Fit INFINITE?

A

Membership requires access to a computer (or smart phone) and the internet to enter your points.

Q

How often do I need to enter my points on the website?

A

Points can only be entered on the website during the week they are earned or the week after. After that, entry to past dates is electronically blocked. Get in the habit of recording your progress often, especially points earned daily for eating right, drinking water and exercising.

Do I need to attend a baseline screening during my membership to be eligible for any prizes?

A

Yes. Make sure that you obtain a signature of an FHN representative on your Event Tracker Sheet at that screening as documentation to use when redeeming points for prizes.

Q

Do I have to wait until after my baseline screening to start earning points?

A

No! You may earn and enter points on the website before you attend your baseline screening, as the baseline screening may not be available during your first weeks as a member. Remember that you should only have one baseline screening per membership timeframe – check the schedule of events to be sure that you are coming to the right kind of screening (baseline only or check-up only).

How else can I earn points?

A

You can earn points for attending various events or undergoing additional screenings, as outlined in the point chart at left. You must present proof of attendance at the time you redeem your points for prizes, using the Event Tracker Sheet.

Earning Points

Points for Get Fit INFINITE are awarded for a variety of healthy behaviors, with the greatest number of points assigned to proper diet and exercise.
