What do I need to get started with Get FiTeam?
Just access to a computer or smart phone and the internet to enter your points.
How often do I need to enter my points on the website?
Points can only be entered on the website during the week they are earned or the week after. After that, entry to past dates is electronically blocked. Get in the habit of recording your progress often, especially points earned daily for eating right, drinking water and exercising.
Do I need to attend a baseline screening?
Yes. You can sign up online. All baseline screenings take place January 16, 17 and 19 at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Points for Get FiTeam are awarded for several healthy behaviors, as outlined below.

Drinking 32 ounces of water per day | 1 point/day | 7 per week |
30 minutes of cardio exercise | 1 point/day | 7 per week |
15 minutes of strength training exercise, 3 days/week | 1 point/day | 3 per week |
